Happy Valentine’s Day!  I thought a onesie embellishment with red flowers would be a more than appropriate way to make personalized baby clothes today.  So, I’m going to direct you to a previous post (actually, the post that inspired a whole month of onesie embellishments) where I explain all the steps to make the flower embellishment seen below.  Click HERE or on the picture below.  This technique is super easy, and it will take you less than 30 minutes to complete, so you can reasonably fit it into your busy schedule.

But wait, Erin.  Why is the post called flowers and hearts?
Aah, you’re quick.  That’s ‘zactly what I was getting to.
As I was perusing the other blogs that I like to read, I wanted to share this idea from The Sewing Dork with you: The Ten-Second Valentine’s Shirt
She used heart cookie cutters dipped in [fabric] paint to decorate the shirt.  Great, quick idea!  (This would of course translate wonderfully to a onesie.)
Two ideas for the price of one, today, folks!  What a deal!

A baby is an individual and to put on the clothes something that will make them more personal is a great idea.
